This is the most unethical because the photographer made it look like a troop was going to shoot and father protecting his child. It was unfair to cirque the picture in this fashion because it makes the solider seem more harmful than he actually is.
Least Unethical:
This is the least unethical because no photographer was present during this event so they recreated the event so they can use and image to out up on their magazine.
